When visitors leaves their comments on the site’s contact form, we collect the data shown in the field descriptors only to have the contact details for which they require additional information. The data collected is stored in a secure database and it’s not public visible.

How long we retain your data
Only until a contract will be materialized between GeodeticSYS and the end-user. For security purposes, the data is retained in our database for one month only. Of course, as soon as you press the “Submit” button from the “Ask for Quotation” form, an e-mail will be send to our address and we will not lose the contact details you provide. If the collaboration will eventually end in both sides interest, the data will be retain in form of a contract and stored for audit purposes by our financial department but the website database will be erased after 30 days.
Why collecting your data
